An increased, “yellow” level of weather danger was announced on the territory of Moscow and the Moscow region due to increased wind on Wednesday, May 3. This follows from the data of the prognostic map on site Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation.

“Yellow” level means potentially dangerous weather. Such a warning indicates that adverse weather events are possible, such as precipitation, thunderstorms, gusts of wind, and so on. According to meteorologists, from 9:00 to 21:00 on May 3, gusts of wind at a speed of up to 15 m/s are expected in the Moscow region.

Also, the Hydrometeorological Center warns that frosts are predicted in Moscow and a number of other regions of the Central Federal District on May 3. The temperature at night will be minus 1–4°С.

On Tuesday, May 2, in Moscow and the region it is predicted partly cloudy and no precipitation. During the day in the capital, thermometers will show +16…+18°C. During the day, a southwest wind will blow at a speed of 4–9 m/s. In the Moscow region, the air will warm up to +13…+18°C.
