On May 10, 2023, a “yellow” level of weather danger was declared in the Russian capital due to frosts, informs May 9 Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, referred to by the Moscow Agency.
“Yellow – weather is potentially dangerous. Frosts. Warning period from 2:00 to 5:00 on May 10,” the statement said.
Forecasters warn that the temperature in Moscow may drop to minus 1 degree.
Earlier on May 9, it was reported that the air temperature in the capital region will continue gradually rise.
