All anti-covid restrictions for travelers arriving in Venezuela have been lifted. This decision was taken by the authorities of the republic.
Airlines and industry organizations will soon be sent a formal notice of the lifting of coronavirus restrictions. About this on Friday, May 5, informs Interfax.
Previously, to visit Venezuela, tourists had to have a certificate of full vaccination with them, and those who had not been vaccinated, a certificate with a negative PCR test result. It had to be done no earlier than 72 hours before the arrival of the flight.
Formerly at the World Health Organization canceled COVID-19 pandemic statuswhich was announced in 2020. The WHO said that at least 20 million people have died from the coronavirus worldwide. Official figures speak of only 7 million deaths.
