On Wednesday morning, May 10, Russian air defense forces stopped an attempt by two Ukrainian UAVs to attack a military facility in the Voronezh region. About it informed Governor of the region Alexander Gusev in his Telegram channel.
“As a result of measures of influence, one of them deviated from the course and fell, the second was destroyed by fire,” the head of the region specified.
According to him, interaction with law enforcement agencies and military command is currently ongoing, and a set of additional measures is being implemented to ensure security.
Another drone exploded today near Belgorod. Several houses, a post office, a library and a paramedic’s station were damaged.
Former air defense system found in the sky an unmanned aerial vehicle over the Voronezh region on May 4th. Gusev reported that the drone was successfully destroyed.
