Students of Russian universities who study at a paid department were offered to transfer to a budget form of education after the birth of their child. This will increase the number of large families in Russia. This opinion was expressed by Tatyana Butskaya, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family, Women and Children.
“Now we have a family with three children – salvation for our country. Therefore, we must immediately think about everything that we can give the family so that three children are born there,” Butskaya said. Her words on Tuesday, May 9, quotes publication “Politics Today”.
The deputy stated the need to build such a program so that it would be convenient for young parents to receive higher education. So, at universities, you can open childcare groups.
