Special forces units of the southern group of troops, with artillery support, disrupted the rotation of Ukrainian troops near four settlements in the DPR. This was told by the head of the press center of the “South” group Vadim Astafiev.
He clarified that we are talking about the settlements of Belogorovka, Druzhba, Controversial and Marinka. Up to 50 militants were killed there, transmits April 28 RIA Novosti.
In the Soledaro-Bakhmut direction, near the village of Druzhkovka, a missile unit of the southern group of troops hit the temporary deployment point of the 60th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In addition, in the area of Chasov Yar, artillerymen destroyed a 122-millimeter self-propelled howitzer 2S1, and in the area of Maryinka, D-20 and D-30 howitzers.
Large-caliber artillery also hit the enemy’s temporary deployment point in the Avdiivka area, and also hit a convoy of Ukrainian military equipment near Kurakhovo, the representative of the Russian Defense Ministry added.
On the night of Thursday, April 27, the Russian military also struck high-precision long-range sea-based weapons. The goal was the deployment of enemy reserves.
