Rocket and artillery units of the group of forces “South” hit the railway station in Kramatorsk in the Soledaro-Bakhmut direction. This was announced on May 2 by the head of the group’s press center, Vadim Astafyev.

In addition, the Russian military near Konstantinovka attacked the temporary deployment points of the 24th separate mechanized brigade, as well as the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Astafieva added that the firing positions of the artillery platoons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the mortar crew were destroyed in the Avdeevka direction. The Ukrainian army has lost up to ten servicemen.
Earlier, on the night of Monday, May 1, Russian troops launched a long-range missile attack on the facilities of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex. For the strike, high-precision air and sea-based weapons were used.
