The head of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, instructed to strengthen counteraction to threats in the field of cybersecurity. The President noted that it is necessary to take into account the advanced foreign experience in this area. The head of state stated this at the opening ceremony of the new building of the coordinating center for ensuring cybersecurity of the State Committee for National Security.
According to Zhaparov, now cybersecurity in the overall system of ensuring the national security of the country is at the stage of formation. Recently, there have been hacker attacks on government and other information systems. It is necessary to raise and develop cybersecurity to a qualitative level as soon as possible, Zhaparov emphasized. His words on Saturday, May 13, leads presidential press office.
The new center will coordinate the work of government agencies, computer incident response centers to ensure cybersecurity, identify, prevent and suppress computer attacks. The center is equipped with the latest technological equipment and hardware and software systems.
