Law enforcement officers in the Nizhny Novgorod region have detained a man who may be involved in blowing up the car of Russian writer Zakhar Prilepin. This was announced on Saturday, May 6, by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Irina Volk.
