The government has approved criteria to determine the ancillary structures and structures that can be erected next to the main building without the issuance of a building permit. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. This was announced on Sunday, May 7, in the press service of the government of the Russian Federation.
At the press office toldthat the resolution is also necessary for the implementation of the new norms of the urban planning code. The government clarified that the corresponding decision will reduce the number of litigations, citizens’ appeals to various departments, as well as reduce the costs of developers. The regulation comes into force on September 1, 2023.
The document determines the area, location, height and other characteristics of auxiliary facilities, depending on various construction cases. During the construction of industrial facilities, an auxiliary building cannot have an area of more than 1.5 thousand square meters. m. And the height of auxiliary buildings on personal plots or plots where individual housing construction is underway should not exceed three floors or 20 m.
