Until May 14, registration for the fifth anniversary competition of managers “Leaders of Russia” – the flagship project of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” continues. For managers from Russia and abroad, this is an opportunity to undergo a comprehensive assessment of professional competencies, receive an individual development plan, meet the leaders of large companies and join the community of the country’s best managers.
Citizens of Russia and foreign citizens under 55 years of age with managerial experience of at least two years can take part in it. To do this, you need to register on the official website of leaders of Russia.rf.
– In May 2023, it will be 5 years since the creation of the Russia – Land of Opportunity platform. One of the main events of the anniversary year is the start of the fifth season of our flagship competition “Leaders of Russia”, which was the beginning of the work of the entire platform. For all the time, more than 840 thousand applications from all regions of Russia and 150 countries of the world have been submitted for participation in the project. Every year we carefully analyze the feedback from the competition graduates and, together with the Leaders of Russia Supervisory and Expert Councils, try to make the project even more interesting and useful for our participants. I hope that the fifth season of the competition will become a new interesting challenge for everyone who wants more on their career path, who wants to deepen and scale their skills, and participate in solving the most important tasks of their country. In the new season, the participants will have even more opportunities for personal growth – each contestant will receive the first recommendations on improving their style and management skills after filling out the application form, – says Alexei Komissarov, General Director of ANO “Russia – a Land of Opportunities”.
The competition is held on the basis of a multi-stage evaluation system, which determines the level of development of abilities and managerial qualities. Participants are evaluated by professional experts.
Among the main prizes are a grant of 1 million rubles for training, the opportunity to meet with a mentor from among the leading Russian managers, as well as career advice.
The Leaders of Russia competition for managers has been held on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation since 2017. Its goal is to identify and support promising leaders with a high level of leadership and managerial abilities.
