Negotiations on the “grain deal”, which will be held in Istanbul, will be decisive. At the moment, it is impossible to talk about any consensus, RIA Novosti reports, citing a source familiar with the negotiations.
“No, there is no progress yet. Technical delegations have discussed various options that will be discussed already at a high level. Let’s hope that the discussions will lead to a consensus,” the agency quotes the interlocutor.
A high-level meeting on the grain deal will be held in Istanbul in a quadripartite format on May 10-11. This was previously stated by the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation.
