From today, hunting for game birds is allowed on the western section of the public hunting grounds

According to the Department of Natural Resources, Ecology and Agroindustrial Complex of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the western section includes the territories of the Shoinsky, Kaninsky, Peshsky, Omsky and Timansky village councils. The spring hunting season for game birds for this area will last until May 21.
On the central site, spring hunting will begin next week, on May 19, on the eastern one – on May 26.
On behalf of the governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the department carried out a lot of work with hunters in order to choose the most optimal time. Also, when determining the timing of hunting, one more instruction of the head of the region was taken into account – to “capture” two pairs of days off on each of the sections of public hunting grounds. Previously, such a request was addressed by the hunters themselves.
