The Russian military struck at the points of deployment of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and military facilities where ammunition, weapons and military equipment received by Ukraine from Western countries were stored. The facilities were located in the area of Ternopil and Petropavlovka in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
For the strike, high-precision long-range air and sea-based weapons were used. This was announced on Sunday, May 15, in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. As indicated in the department, the goal of the strike was achieved. All objects were hit, transmits RIA News.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Russian Armed Forces had inflicted hitting strongholds and technology of the Armed Forces. A Ukrainian reconnaissance group near Maryinka in the DPR was also destroyed.
