On the night of May 9, the Russian military launched a concentrated attack on the points of temporary deployment of reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and ammunition depots. Long-range high-precision weapons were used.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on Tuesday. As specified in the report of the department, the goals of the strike were achieved. All assigned objects are hit, transmits RIA News. The Russian military was able to stop the advancing of enemy reserves and the delivery of ammunition to areas where hostilities are taking place.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the Russian military had inflicted weapons depot attack and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) near the town of Balakliya, Kharkiv region. Also, Russian troops hit 96 Ukrainian artillery units in firing positions during the day.
