Residents of the new Russian regions will not have to apply for alimony to bailiffs if these documents were enforced by the authorized bodies of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions as of September 2022. This was announced by the head of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) Dmitry Aristov.

In the event that the executive document was not in the authorized bodies of the new regions until September 30, 2022, you can contact the territorial divisions of the FSSP. To file an application, the parties to the enforcement proceedings must reside in Russia, or the claimant and the debtor’s property must be located in the Russian Federation. Earlier in the State Duma introduced a billwho are invited to tie the minimum amount of alimony to the average subsistence minimum for children in their region of residence. Thus, the child’s right to guaranteed minimum maintenance will be protected, the authors of the initiative believe.
