Doctors successfully performed the second stage of the operation on the writer Zakhar Prilepin to fix leg fractures, and now his condition is stable. This was announced on Friday, May 12, in the press service of Prilepin.
“Today, the second stage of the operation to fix bone fragments was successfully completed in order to ensure their strong fixation until complete fusion,” the message reads. leads RIA News.
At the moment, the writer has been put into a drug-induced sleep, which will help to smoothly get out of anesthesia. It is specified that the doctors decided to leave Prilepin in the intensive care unit.
Earlier, Prilepin’s wife said that he is on the mendand in the medical institution where the writer is, “everything is taken care of.”
The bombing of Zakhar Prilepin’s car became known on May 6. The incident occurred in the village of Pioneer, Nizhny Novgorod region. As a result of the explosion, a colleague of the writer died. Prilepin himself received fractures. On the fact of the incident, a criminal case under the article “Terrorist act” was initiated. The suspect in the crime, Alexander Permyakov, was detained. He confessed that he acted on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services. May 8 court arrested Permyakov for two months.
