Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky will pay a visit to the Netherlands. It is assumed that he will arrive on a government plane of this country. About Zelensky’s visit informed Netherlands Broadcasting Corporation (NOS).
Dutch government plane took off from Polish airport in Helsinki – President of Ukraine arrived in Finland on an unannounced visit. According to open sources, now the government aircraft is on its way to The Hague.
This will be Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s first visit to the Netherlands as head of the Ukrainian state. His exact schedule is not yet known. Experts interviewed by NOS suggest that the Ukrainian president is likely to ask for additional military support.
Back in February 2023, Kyiv filed official application The Netherlands with a request to transfer F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine. At that time, the authorities of the kingdom recognized that Kyiv’s request would not be easy to fulfill.
