How informs press service of the administration of Naryan-Mar, the program will start at 13:00. Everyone is welcome at the festive site in the Old Airport microdistrict between houses 24 and 28 along Russian Street.
Guests and residents of the microdistrict are waiting for a festive concert, folk games, national cuisine, master classes, a charity event “We are together.”
– For the third year already, we have been holding a mass event in our microdistrict in order to strengthen friendship between peoples and preserve national culture. Territorial public self-governments of other microdistricts of the city were invited to the celebration. The local communities of the region will present culture, traditions and national cuisine. The ensembles of the Ethnocultural Center of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug will perform at the concert venue. Masters of arts and crafts for the guests of the holiday will hold master classes on the manufacture of various products. We invite all residents of the city to join us for fun,” said Victoria Bobrova, chairman of the Old Airport TOS.
In addition, everyone will be able to take part in the “Cozy Shelter” campaign to help homeless animals. As part of the event, they organize the collection of things for homeless animals: collars, leashes, fillers, diapers, bowls, dry and wet food, toys, vitamins, cereals, canned meat and fish. Hotels can be left in a tent with the inscription: “Big help to a little friend.”
In April 2023, the TOS “Old Airport” received a city grant for the implementation of the project “Naryan-Mar Guest. Live, tradition! Social activists received 150 thousand rubles from the municipal budget.
