Cloudy weather with clearings is expected in Moscow on May 9, mostly without precipitation, said Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.
“Night temperatures are near zero, from minus 2°C to plus 3°C, light wind. During the day, the temperature will rise to plus 9–14°C, the sun will already affect,” the expert said and added that such a temperature is 4° C below normal.
According to him, then the anticyclone will begin to move east, so there will be warming, writes RIA News. A gradual increase in temperature is expected from 11 to 14 May, at night it will be plus 2-6°C, and during the day – plus 14-19°C. Next weekend the air will warm up to plus 16-21°C.
Earlier, the chief specialist of the Moscow weather bureau said that on the afternoon of May 9, the air in the Moscow region can warm up up to plus 17°C. Rain is possible in the afternoon, but it is unlikely
