The draft legislative initiative, which proposes to accept students on the budget, subject to the conclusion of an agreement on further employment for three years, has been sent to the Council of Legislators. The project was initiated by the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
How writes TASS on May 1, referring to the test document, it states that the distribution of graduates will be handled by a special commission, the composition of which will be formed by the head of the educational organization. The graduate will have to work for the distribution of three years. Based on the results of the distribution, he will receive a certificate of assignment to work or a certificate of provision of the opportunity to independently get a job. If a graduate refuses employment by distribution, he will have to reimburse the cost of education.
The draft initiative has already been sent to the commission of the Council for Education and Science. If the council supports it, the document will be submitted to the State Duma in the form of a bill.
Previously, a bill was submitted to the State Duma for consideration “Zero Job”that meets the demand of youth. As the initiators of the project explained, employers often do not hire students and graduates without experience for their first job, which, in turn, cannot be obtained without a first job. The introduction of the norms proposed in the document will allow, following the results of an internship or internship, to receive the necessary first entry in the work book.
