Consequences of fires in the Kurgan region

Residents of the Kurgan region, left homeless due to natural fires, will be able to receive monetary compensation or a housing certificate. Regional Government Decree published on Thursday, May 11, on the Internet portal of legal information.
We are talking about the victims since the introduction of the emergency regime in the Kurgan region, who lost their property in Kurgan, the villages of Ploskoye, Nechunaev, Mishagin, Mogilev, as well as the villages of Kodskoye and Yuldus. Citizens who have lost registered, but not the only housing will receive a payment in the amount of 500 thousand rubles. A housing certificate for this amount is due to those who have lost their only housing, the ownership of which was not registered.
The state of emergency was introduced in the Kurgan region on May 7. Due to the threat of fires and smoke in the region, the evacuation of residents of several settlements was announced. To assist in extinguishing natural fires, two Il-76 aircraft of the military transport aviation of the Aerospace Forces of Russia were attracted. The threat to settlements from landscape and forest fires in the Kurgan region on May 8 was removed.
As the head of the Kurgan region said earlier, children from families affected by wildfires in the region can rest for free in summer country camps. Families of victims of emergency situations will receive a one-time compensation in the amount of 1 million rubles.
