Early on Thursday morning, May 4, an air defense system detected an unmanned aerial vehicle in the sky over the Voronezh region. This was announced by the governor of the region Alexander Gusev.
In his Telegram channel, he clarifiedthat the drone was successfully destroyed. As a result of the incident, no one was injured, and there was no damage either.
“Nothing threatens the life and health of the inhabitants of the region. The situation is under my personal control,” Gusev added.
At the beginning of 2023, the authorities of the Voronezh region reported about the downed near the regional center Ukrainian reconnaissance drone. He was spotted by air defense systems. There were no casualties or destruction.
