Mikhail Vladimirovich Vasiliev was born on May 19, 1971 in the city of Vyshny Volochek in the family of an officer, grew up in the north in remote garrisons, graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University. He was an example of courage, bravery and heroism,” Deputy Governor Natalia Sidorova delivered a solemn speech.
Mikhail Vladimirovich’s former classmates, Anzhelika Chaika and Natalya Pershanina, also came to the opening ceremony.
– Misha Vasiliev and I studied from the 1st grade. We know him as a wonderful, kind, purposeful person. We were not always diligent, sometimes we were also naughty, but we always had friendly support for each other, mutual assistance, and I think that Misha retained these qualities until the end of his life, – said Anzhelika Chaika.
