A year ago, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the creation of the Russian movement of children and youth “Movement of the First”. During this time, the movement has managed to gather tens of thousands of young activists.

During the 2022-2023 academic year, activists of the movement were able to launch the About the Region in a Smartphone project, created the Movement of the First regional media center, and were also able to attend about 20 regional events, organized the Walks in Russia campaign.

The ranks of participants in the movement were also replenished at the gathering.
The chairman of the regional branch of the Russian Movement of Children and Youth “Movement of the First” Roman Surovtsev addressed the children remotely.
– Summing up the work of our movement for the first half of the year, I would like to say that not everything was smooth. But those who are ahead are always more difficult for them. Guys, I want to say a huge thank you to you and thanks to your mentors for all the work and commitment. Today you are the most active youth of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug,” Roman Surovtsev congratulated all the activists.
